Privacy policy

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, deal volume, notes, and any file you upload. Uploaded files may contain financial information such as settlement statements, invoices, loan statements, and underwriting. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels on this site.

We use your information only to respond to you, prepare the deal P&L or quote you asked for, and, if you become a client, provide our services. If you request the deal P&L template, we may send you occasional emails about our services; every email has an unsubscribe option. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use your documents for marketing.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions, including attachments, are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and stored in our business email account. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

If you do not become a client, we delete your submission and any uploaded documents within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal recordkeeping obligations.

The site is served only over HTTPS, so your information is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people doing your work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not upload Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or login credentials.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor them.
